Many smartphones and tablets featuring beautiful designs and powerful configuration are unveiled earlier this year. HTC Incredible Droid 2, Samsung Galaxy S II, White iPhone 4, HTC Sensation, HTC Flyer Tablet, HP TouchPad with webOS 3.0 and Toshiba Regza AT300 are some among the most interesting products that are expected to be released in the upcoming days.


Toshiba has unveiled its first tablet running Android 3.0 Honeycomb in Japan, the Regza AT300. Priced at 723 dollars, the tablet is due for release this June with 0.1-inch WXGA screen, dual-core Tegra 2 processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB internal memory and two cameras.
