The BlackBerry 5810 lacked a speaker and microphone, so people had to use a wired earpiece for voice calls. Just three months after the launch of this product, a trio of new models with no earpiece requirement was released.
The Microsoft Xbox 360, released in 2007, was not only expensive video game console but also made the mistake of “Red Ring of Death”. It took Microsoft over $1 billion to fix this overheating console and extend user’s warranties to three years.
